  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the FundMeUp AI mobile application ("the App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not
agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FundMeUp Technologies Corp ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of FundMeUp
AI, accessible at www.fundmeupai.com.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

FundMeUp AI is a mobile application designed to help proprietary (prop) firm traders track, journal, and plan their trading activity. The App provides:

  • Trading account management and performance tracking

  • AI-generated daily trading plans (profit targets and risk limits)

  • Trading journal and calendar

  • Drawdown guard and risk level indicators

  • Roadmap planning for funding goals

  • Broker data synchronization (where supported)

  • Streak and discipline scoring

  • Educational content and tips

The App is intended solely as a productivity, tracking, and planning tool. It does NOT execute trades, manage accounts, provide investment advice, or interact with live
trading funds in any way.

  1. HIGH-RISK WARNING & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

4.1 Trading Risk
Proprietary trading, futures trading, forex trading, stock trading, and cryptocurrency trading involve a significant risk of loss and are not suitable for all
individuals. You may lose all or more than your initial capital.

4.2 Not Financial Advice
FundMeUp AI does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations of any kind. All content within the App — including
AI-generated plans, projections, roadmaps, risk indicators, and educational tips — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

4.3 No Guarantee of Results
Past performance displayed within the App does not guarantee future results. Any projections, goal estimates, or performance metrics are based on user-provided data and
historical inputs, and are not predictions or promises of future performance.

4.4 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. FundMeUp Technologies Corp expressly disclaims any liability for trading losses, missed profits, account
violations, or any financial outcome resulting from your use of or reliance on any information or feature within the App.

4.5 Prop Firm Compliance
FundMeUp AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any proprietary trading firm. It is your responsibility to ensure your trading activity complies with the
rules and terms of your prop firm or broker. We are not responsible for account violations, breaches, or terminations caused by your trading activity.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

6.1 You must create an account to access the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6.3 You agree to notify us immediately at info@fundmeupai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

6.5 The App supports sign-in via email/password and Apple Sign-In. Use of these third-party authentication providers is also governed by their respective terms and
privacy policies.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

7.1 Free Tier
A limited free tier is available with restricted access to features. No payment is required for the free tier.

7.2 FundMeUp Pro — Auto-Renewable Subscription
The "FundMeUp Pro" subscription unlocks full access to all App features, including AI-generated daily trading plans, unlimited trading journals, advanced performance
metrics, and smart risk alerts.

FundMeUp Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription on the following terms:

7.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the
end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original
purchase, unless prices have changed.

7.4 Free Trial (if applicable)
If a free trial is offered, unused portions of any free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Only one free trial per Apple ID.

7.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- iPhone/iPad Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → FundMeUp AI → Cancel Subscription
- Or through the Profile section within the App.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

7.6 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). FundMeUp Technologies Corp does not store or process your payment card information directly.
Subscription management is powered by RevenueCat (revenuecat.com).

7.7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price change through the App Store. Continued use of the subscription after the
effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7.8 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. For refund requests related to App Store purchases, please contact Apple Support
directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. For any other inquiries, contact us at info@fundmeupai.com.

7.9 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

  1. AI-GENERATED FEATURES & THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES

8.1 The App uses artificial intelligence to generate daily trading plans, roadmaps, risk assessments, and performance insights based on data you provide.

8.2 AI outputs are estimates and suggestions only. They do not constitute personalized financial advice or guarantees of performance.

8.3 AI features are powered by Anthropic, Inc. ("Anthropic") and their Claude AI models. To generate personalized plans, certain data (including your trading profile,
account performance metrics, and journal entries) is transmitted to Anthropic's API. By using AI features in the App, you consent to this data being processed by
Anthropic in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy (anthropic.com/privacy).

8.4 AI features require an active internet connection and may be subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted AI feature availability.

8.5 AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always apply your own judgment before making any trading decision.

  1. BROKER INTEGRATION & DATA SYNCHRONIZATION

9.1 The App may allow you to connect supported broker accounts for data synchronization. This connection is read-only — the App cannot execute trades or make changes to
your broker account.

9.2 You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your account to third-party applications under your broker's terms of service.

9.3 We are not responsible for data accuracy, delays, or errors from third-party broker APIs.

9.4 We do not store your broker login credentials on our servers.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 All content, design, code, branding, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to FundMeUp Technologies Corp.

10.2 You retain ownership of all trading data and personal data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display
your data solely to provide the service.

  1. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure

  • Share your account credentials with third parties

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Supabase (database and authentication): supabase.com

  • RevenueCat (subscription management): revenuecat.com

  • Anthropic, Inc. (AI plan generation): anthropic.com

  • Apple Sign-In: apple.com/legal/privacy

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 FundMeUp Technologies Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, loss of data, or
loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

13.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundMeUp Technologies Corp and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App
or violation of these Terms.

  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either
party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
