A. Personal Data
Personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and profile photo that you voluntarily provide when registering for an account.

B. Financial and Trading Data
To provide our services, we collect:

  • Trading account details (firm name, account size, current balance)

  • Performance metrics (profit/loss, drawdown, trading history, discipline scores)

  • Trading journal entries and daily notes

  • Roadmap goals and progress data

C. Onboarding & Profile Data
Responses to onboarding questions including trading experience, markets traded, goals, and risk tolerance. This data is used to personalize your AI-generated plans.

D. Device & Usage Data
Information automatically collected when you use the App, including device type, operating system, app usage analytics (anonymized and aggregated), and crash reports.

E. Authentication Data
If you use Apple Sign-In, we receive a unique identifier and optionally your name and email from Apple. We do not receive your Apple ID password.

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Generate AI-powered daily trading plans, roadmaps, and risk assessments

  • Display your performance metrics and trading history within the App

  • Process and manage your subscription through Apple's App Store

  • Send important service notifications and push alerts (market open/close, risk warnings)

  • Improve App performance through anonymized analytics

  • Respond to support requests

  • Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following trusted third-party service providers, solely to operate the App:

4.1 Anthropic, Inc. (AI Plan Generation)
To generate your personalized daily trading plans and roadmaps, we transmit the following data to Anthropic's Claude AI API:

  • Your trading profile (experience level, markets traded, goals)

  • Account performance metrics (P&L, discipline score, drawdown)

  • Daily trading journal entries

4.2 Supabase (Database & Authentication)

4.3 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

4.4 Apple (App Store & Sign-In)

4.5 Legal Disclosure
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FundMeUp Technologies Corp, our users, or others.

4.6 Business Transfers
If FundMeUp Technologies Corp is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  1. Subscriptions & Billing Data

Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. We receive only your subscription
status (active/expired) from RevenueCat to determine your access level within the App.

  1. Data Storage & Security

6.1 Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

6.2 We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6.3 Your trading data and journal entries are private to your account. We do not share individual trading data with prop firms, brokers, or any third parties without your
explicit consent.

  1. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is
required by law.

  1. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications for:

  • Market open and close alerts (based on your selected markets)

  • Risk limit warnings

  • Roadmap progress reminders

  • System announcements

You can manage notification preferences in your device Settings or within the App at any time.

  1. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal
data, contact us at info@fundmeupai.com and we will delete it promptly.

  1. Do-Not-Track

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform technology standard for DNT has been finalized.
